Spring is usually short and delicate. Snow will not be unheard of as late as Might, even in reduced elevation metropolitan areas, and many ski resorts continue to be open up as late as July. The park has three hundred miles of trails catering to all levels of capacity and ambition, from an easy stroll all-around Bear Lake to an epic trek up Long
